1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 555 Game. By accessing or using any part of this platform — whether through the website at 555game.vu, the mobile app, or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

3 Account Registration

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be refunded or flagged for review. If a deposit is made from a third-party source, 555 Game reserves the right to void any associated bets or winnings pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

• 555 Game aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. Actual receipt of funds may depend on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 555 Game, including sports betting (Cricket, PSL, T20, Football, Esports), slots, bingo, and live casino games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game or bet, 555 Game reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to players.
• For sports betting, if an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's settlement rules as displayed in the betting section.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time during an event. Bets already accepted before suspension remain valid.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for casino games. The platform does not manipulate results in any way.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic tournaments — follow standard match result settlement rules. In the event of a disputed result, the official match result as recognised by the relevant cricket board will be used.

8 Prohibited Conduct
